These Terms apply to joinsylvie.com and to purchases made from this website.

The Sylvie member site at members.joinsylvie.com has its own Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Those pages are the full rules for accounts, lists, Season Pass, holds, and travel passes.

Sylvie provides curated cultural and social context, including event information, venue notes, community patterns, and private digital briefings.

Sylvie covers a city and its greater metropolitan area. Rooms may be located in surrounding suburbs, neighboring towns, or nearby cities within that metro, not only inside city limits. A city membership is not a promise that every room sits within the city proper.

Sylvie is context, not permission. Sylvie is not a referral, credential, invitation, guest-list placement, access pass, concierge service, or guarantee of admission.

Do not use Sylvie's name as a referral, credential, invitation, or way in. Sylvie does not speak for any host, venue, organization, or event. Read the room. Respect the room.

Sylvie is in beta. Features, cities, and presentation may still change. Current pricing reflects that. Your purchase provides access to the product described at checkout.

Sylvie sells digital memberships and related digital products. Access is delivered through the Sylvie member site, email, or another digital method described at checkout.

Products may include Sylvie Intel, Sylvie Brief, a Season Pass, and other digital briefings. Details at checkout control what you bought.

While your monthly membership is active, it gives you access to a rolling 30-day view of currently listed rooms. The view updates over time and is not limited to 30 days from your purchase date.

Sylvie is for your personal use only. One purchase is for one person.

You may not copy, resell, repost, forward, scrape, publish, share your login, or commercially exploit Sylvie content without written permission.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sylvie does not receive or store your full payment card number. Stripe's terms may apply to your payment.

You agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information, and to use the same email for checkout and your member account when an account is required.

Some products are one-time. Some are clearly labelled recurring subscriptions. Recurring products renew until you cancel, as stated at checkout. A Season Pass, if offered, bills every three months and automatically renews every three months until canceled.

Sylvie digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. Please read the Refund Policy on this website before you buy.

Sylvie is for people 18 or older. By using this website or purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Sylvie may link to venues, ticketing pages, event pages, maps, or other sites. Sylvie is not responsible for third-party sites, organizers, venue decisions, or payment processors beyond the Stripe checkout described here.

Third-party names, venues, events, logos, and links remain the property of their owners. A mention is not an endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership.

Sylvie owns its branding, copy, research structure, list format, rankings, labels, presentation, and original content. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the product. It does not transfer ownership.

Sylvie is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the website, product, links, or information will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or always current.

Event details, availability, access rules, pricing, and venue policies may change. You are responsible for verifying details with the venue, host, organizer, or ticketing site before you go.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sylvie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to event changes, denied entry, inaccurate third-party information, third-party actions, your conduct, or reliance on Sylvie content.

If Sylvie is liable for direct damages in connection with a purchase from this website, that liability is limited to the amount you paid to Sylvie for the product in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice.
