If you connected with Sylvie through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or Threads and want your data deleted, email privacy@joinsylvie.com from the same address you used with us. See our Privacy Policy.
What to Include
Your name, the platform (Facebook / Instagram / Messenger), and the phrase “data deletion request.”
Our Response
We will confirm and delete app-related data we control within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, fraud-prevention, or completed-purchase purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
Account & Purchase Deletion
For purchase questions, email hello@joinsylvie.com. For member-site account deletion, email members@joinsylvie.com. For data collected through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or Threads, email privacy@joinsylvie.com as described above.
